ILEI is the publisher of the semi-annual Law & Economy Journal, which provides information on such topics as international economics, finance and trade, as well as a review of ILEI's pro bono activities.

In the Journal, the firm regularly provides advice pro bono to Korean expatriates residing in the United States and other countries around the world on such issues as property rights, tax liabilities, and integration into their new surroundings.

The firm also publishes monographs from time to time through cooperative research efforts with the Korean government, business entities and academia. In December 1992, ILIEI and the Korea Foreign Trade Association (KFTA) published a study on the role of political action committees and the effects of Korean lobbying efforts in the United States on bilateral trade.
